Job Title

Project Manager is responsible for leading and guiding teams in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure projects. This involves defining and executing roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and promoting agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute project roadmaps with minimal disruption to existing systems.
  • Lead medium-scale migrations, focusing on performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Establish and evolve DevOps best practices, tools, and frameworks to improve developer agility and efficiency.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation strategies to accelerate delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal technology utilization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to boost developer reliability and productivity.
  • Drive enterprise-scale Edge and DevOps transformation initiatives.
  • Define and enforce best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operations within the IoT platform.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps, with a background in manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PTC Kepware, ThingWorx, and CI/CD integration using GitLab/GitHub.
  • Proficiency in OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV, and CAAS infrastructure.
  • Expertise in container orchestration and scaling via APIs, virtualization, or portals.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, and other databases, including migration and modernization.
  • Proven ability in performance monitoring and optimization for scalability.
  • Advanced skills in Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
  • Solid understanding of AWS and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects in complex enterprise settings.
