
Senior Customer Service

Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-level customer support and guidance, resolving complex issues, and serving as a mentor to junior team members in adopting best practices for operational excellence.
- Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
- Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
- Support operational improvements and customer satisfaction goals.
- Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule
changes. - Maintain proper documents and filing.
- Data entry and documentation duties
- Answering phone call
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to communicate with customer.
Requirements:
- Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
- Able to commence work on short notice
- Good team player
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills
- Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient
- IT savvy as well and decently knowledge around IT software as well as hardware
- Able to commit to overtime when required.
- Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
- Must be effectively bilingual, both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
