Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Job Purpose

· Assist guests with their enquiries in person, via call and email

· Facilitate the check in process of all VIPs and premium guests

· Manage VIP lounge

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Manage feedback email correspondence sent to Customer Service;

· Manage feedback hotline;

· Manage onsite guests feedback;

· Meet and greet VIP guests who check in at VIP Lounge;

· Prepare reports pertaining to customer service;

· Perform rotating shift work;

· Rotate to perform counter ticket sales when required;

· Rotate to perform operations duties when required;

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

· GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels or its equivalent;

· Minimum 2 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in customer service;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Pleasant and outgoing disposition;

· Proficient in MS office & Internet.
