
HR Admin Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to support and manage HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes. This role involves overseeing HR systems, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and ensuring data accuracy across HR platforms, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to streamline HR functions.

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $2580-3780
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:- HR Business Partnership: Support HRBP in strategic initiatives, manage HR operations, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, coordinate candidate assessments, manage interview schedules, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Data and Records Management: Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance and quality control.
- Internship and Employee Programs: Manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, while tracking performance and providing administrative support.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with senior leadership to address HR needs, provide analytical insights on workforce data, and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Diploma in HR Management or relevant HR experience (non-diploma holders may apply with equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in HRBP, recruitment, data management, and internship programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- Experience with RPA and data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
