Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Analysis and Forecasting:

· Lead sales data collection, analysis, and forecasting processes to support sales strategy and performance evaluation.

· Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports for senior management and HQ in Korea.

· Identify sales trends, opportunities, and risks through comprehensive data analysis.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

· Collaborate with finance to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with sales projections.

· Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency.

· Support the CFO in developing financial strategies and business plans.

Strategic Support to CFO:

· Assist the CFO in developing financial strategies to drive business growth.

· Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.

· Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare presentations for senior management and HQ.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for analysis.

· Support corporate initiatives and special projects as required.

Korean Reporting and Compliance:

· Ensure accurate and timely reporting to HQ in Korea, adhering to their specific reporting standards and requirements.

· Coordinate with regional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with corporate reporting guidelines.

· Assist in preparing presentations and reports for Korean stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and strategic initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in retail/travel retail industry
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, financial planning, or similar roles — preferably within the Retail or Travel Retail industry
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong ability to handle large datasets and perform financial modelling
  • Proficiency in English is required for reporting
  • Knowledge in Korean Language is a plus point
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
