Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a trusted precision cooling specialist across Southeast Asia. Offering cooling systems especially for data centres and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Produce GA drawings, P&IDs, electrical layouts, and single-line diagrams.
  • Prepare proposal, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings across all project phases.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts with project teams.
  • Conduct site surveys to ensure drawing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in contractor meetings and communicate design changes to stakeholders.
  • Review design submissions for compliance and finalize as-built documentation for OMMs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree, Diploma, ITE certification, BCA qualification, or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:

    - Minimum 2 years' experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or BIM modelling (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered).

    - Singapore construction project experience preferred, especially in Data Centre projects.
  • Technical Skills:

    - Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).

    - Experience with M&E and Fire Protection drafting.

    - Familiar with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Codes of Practice.

    - Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, or 3ds Max is an advantage.

    - Certified in CAD/BIM software.
  • Soft Skills:

    - Self-driven, able to work independently and under pressure.

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with project stakeholders.

    - Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $4,500.

Working location: East.
