**The Role**

You are required to work hand in hand with our oversea Drafting Team and local Design Team.

As the Senior AutoCAD Draftsman, you will proactively maintain the drafting system that the whole office has to abide to.

You will be expected work with all draftsmen to control the drafting system so that all the drawing is aligned to the same cadding system.

**Main Responsibilities**

Support design team in all drawings including construction and detail drawing.

Responsible to check through on all drawings & Detailing before meeting of clients and submission.

Work with design and project team closely to understand the criteria of a designed space.

File management on server (Drop box)

Must be able to read, write and communicate in both English & Chinese

Cadding required with Chinese translation.

**Requirements**:
You should have / be

High energy, self-motivation & the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment;
A demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty;
Extreme accuracy and attention to detail drawings

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines;
Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and should think beyond the scope of a given assignment.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Min. 10 years of relevant drafting experience in interior design office

Good knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD System and how to work to the full potential of the software.

Experienced in interior design detailing
