Roles & Responsibilities
- Good knowledge and interest in Aluminium Door & Windows, Curtainwalls and construction details.
- Well verse in the Autocad software, additional skills in Excell & related admin support will be a plus.
- Check and understand drawings and illustrations provided by Architects/design consultants and work closely with related team to provide shop drawing list and schedules & detail drgs
- Generate architectural shop drawings, Detail Fabrication Drgs, As-build drgs for client approval and construction.
- Maintain proper records, updates of drawings, budgets and documentation to ensure easy retrieval for all purchases & claims.
- Update and check drawings, budgets, As-built drgs accurately
- Good language, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Reviewing construction plans & preparing quantity & specification requirements.
- Keeping track of materials & ordering more when required.
- Able to submit claims on time & prepare for tenders, QS relating to mthly claims & certifications with relevant drawings.
- Able to work independently and delivery works within given timeline
- Be involved in site survey and site measurements to verify data as required. Travelling from the office to various sites as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil & Bldg Construction
- Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying & Architectural Draftsmanship
- Applicant should possess at least one of the above qualifications
- Applicant to submit any other relevant professional qualifications if not list above

Additional Professional Qualifications (a plus but not necessary):

- Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture (Level 1 / 2)
- Certificate of Competency (COC) in Architectural BIM
- Certificate of Competency (COC) in Building Information Modelling
- Applicant to submit any other relevant professional qualifications if not list above
- Above additional qualification is not mandatory but will be a plus
