Roles & Responsibilities

A reputable multi-national trading company located in the Central Business District is seeking for a passionate individual to join us as an Office Assistant cum Despatch.

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for performing general office duties and despatch functions.

1. Collect, sort and distribute mails to appropriate recipients or department.

2. Deliver and collect mails, documents and packages.

3. Collect & deliver bank documents to assigned banks daily.

4. Perform banking errands.

5. Submit & collect documents from notary public/government offices &

embassies.

6. Perform general office duties.

7. Attend to visitors.

8. Replenish pantry items & maintain cleanliness of the pantry.

9. Any other adhoc office duties.

Pre-requisites :

* Able to speak and write basic Langauge

* Experience as an office assistant cum despatch is an advantage.

* Able to work well under limited supervision.

* Have a valid motorcycle license.

* Willing to work on weekends if required.

* Working hours : Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm
