
Contract Administrator

Job Description:
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Prepare Enquiry for procurement and align specification with discipline engineers for selection and approval by management.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including pricing, contracts, and technical submissions.
- Administer and manage main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract provisions.
- Liaise with Procurement, Legal, consultants, and GC on contractual matters.
- Verify monthly progress claims, cost reports, and cash flow projections.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Job Requirements :
- 5 -10 years of experience as Contract Administrator in the construction industry, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
