- Manage IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud environments, and networks, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Oversee application management to minimize downtime and streamline deployments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address risks.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT operations within banking or financial services.
- Proven team leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in ITIL processes and financial/budget management.
- Regional exposure is an advantage.
