Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment and applications.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve equipment performance and applications based on client needs.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of new equipment and applications.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and partners to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Generate regular reports on equipment performance, spare parts usage, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock for smooth operations.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor tools and equipment.
