Location: Central East (Near MRT Station)

Job Description:

➤Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers

➤Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance

➤Following up with customer for payment via phone calls

➤Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues

➤Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection

Job Requirements:

➤Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility

➤Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel

➤Problem solving skills

➤Basic English for internal communication

➤Able to speak in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan

➤Diploma or Degree holder preferred

➤Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience

➤Experience of customer service or other admins will be advantage

➤Ability to communicate with customer patiently and precisely

➤Team player for achieving goal as a team
