We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join our team. You should be proactive and independent.

As the Merchants Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role to audit and service merchants for a financial institution in Singapore. You will be working in the retail environment, and you will be required to visit retail outlets island wide.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Visit & service merchants assigned island wide
- Provide insights of the merchants’ payment acceptance
- Notify merchants of any upcoming marketing campaigns
- Testing of payment terminals and resolve the issues if any
- Deploy campaign/ marketing POPs, sharing marketing insight with merchants.
- Able to adapt to any ad hoc activities

**To be a successful Merchants Customer Service Representative, you should have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent fluency and communication in English, and other languages is welcomed
- A good credit rating
- Time management & work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling challenging situations
- 1 year of retail store experience would be added advantage
