Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to manage programme administration for the Nationalwide Education Programme.

Contract Duration: 1.5 years/renewable

Salary: Up to $5,500/month with fixed allowances, and bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

Programme Administration

  • Handle stakeholder communications
  • Provide timely responses and solutions
  • Maintain enquiry tracking system

Financial Management

  • Process programme invoices
  • Support the assessment of the utilization of the grant funds
  • Review grant claims submissions
    • Verify accuracy of claims
    • Liaise with grantees for clarifications
    • Ensure compliance with grant requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Handle school communications
    • Process programme applications
    • Collect and address stakeholder feedback
    • Maintain school relationships

Data and Performance Management

  • Lead KPI tracking initiatives
  • Manage data collection processes
  • Maintain comprehensive programme databases
  • Generate insights for programme improvement

Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any relevant field of study
  • Min. 5 years of experience in running educational programmes
  • Experienced in stakeholder management including schools
  • Experience in dealing with grants claims, paperwork and administrative work
