Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with student recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and key accounts to establish a robust pipeline for international student recruitment in the China market.
  • Recruitment and Marketing Campaigns: Lead student recruitment and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and convert leads into enrolments, achieving targeted recruitment goals.
  • Event Representation: Represent the institute at recruitment events and fairs in both Singapore and China, promoting programs and opportunities.
  • Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Work with the Marketing and Communications team to plan and execute localized digital campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and marketing events tailored to the China market.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities to enhance MDIS's presence and reach within the China market.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of recruitment and marketing strategies, offering data-driven insights and updates on outcomes.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with student admissions and other departments to streamline processes for engaging with prospective students, alumni, and partners.
  • Workshops and Campus Tours: Organize workshops and campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents to showcase the institute's offerings.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and timely updates to students and parents regarding new initiatives, operational changes, and other relevant administrative matters.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on legal and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to standards set by Edutrust/CPE and other governing bodies.

Job requirement:


• Educational Qualification: A recognized bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.


• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the private education sector, with a strong focus on student recruitment and expertise in the China market.


• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing recruitment campaigns, particularly with a focus on digital marketing strategies.


• Market Knowledge: Established relationships and recruitment channels within the China market are highly preferred.


• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.


• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a dedication to delivering excellent service and maintaining ethical standards.
