Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximise profits via wedding, corporate and private events
  • Assist with connection, cultivation and conversion of business leads to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with matching client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group's portfolio
  • Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organisers and external vendors to learn about the event flow
  • Assist with key data generation and other admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, proactive and extroverted personality
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to flexibly work for 5 days a week (ideally)
