Operations Crew – Central Kitchen x 15 pax |$2,000 - $2500 + Allowance

Location: Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Tuas

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience)
  • Shift Allowance (per day): $8 - $15

Work Schedule

  • 5 working days/week (Mon - Sun)
  • Daily Working Hours: 9.5 hours (8.75 hours work + 45 mins break)

Shift Timings):

  • 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations and meal preparation
  • Portion and pack cooked food for delivery
  • Handle raw ingredient preparation
  • Ensure timely execution of meals (including festive specials)
  • Support cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene tasks
  • Work as a team to meet kitchen production standards
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in food production or F&B
  • Completed WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (or willing to attend – training can be arranged)
  • Able to stand long hours and handle heavy lifting (up to 15kg)
  • Comfortable working in both Halal and Non-Halal kitchen environments
