Roles & Responsibilities

Central Kitchen in Tuas – Hiring Assistant Technicians & Operations Crew (X30 Openings)

Both Halal and Non-Halal kitchens are available (on separate levels).

Location: Tuas (No company transport provided)

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 per month (based on experience)

Benefits: 10 days Annual Leave | 14 days Medical Leave | 60 days Hospitalization Leave

Shift Allowances:

  • Clock in before 7:00am → +$8/day
  • Clock in after 11:00am → +$8/day
  • Clock in after 2:30pm → +$15/day

Workdays: Any 5 days/week (OT applies beyond 44 hrs/week)

Assistant Technician (15 Openings)

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate meal packing lines.
  • Troubleshoot packing line issues and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and repair kitchen/packing equipment.
  • Others ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2–3 years' experience in food production/line.
  • Hands-on mechanical/electrical/electronic repairs.
  • Comfortable with labor-intensive work, including lifting, carrying, and standing during shifts.
  • Food Hygiene certification is an advantage (training can be provided).
Operations Crew (15 Openings)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare raw materials and portion cooked food for packing.
  • Ensure meals are prepared on time and to quality standards.
  • Support hygiene tasks (cleaning, washing, sanitizing).
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of F&B / food factory experience.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
  • WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (advantage).
  • Comfortable with labor-intensive work, including lifting, and carrying.
