Roles & Responsibilities

Invoicing & Sales Coordinator
(1-Year Contract | Accounting, Order Processing, Customer Support)

Location: Redhill | Salary: S$ 2,800 – 3,000 | Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices (spare parts/service) & submit via email/customer portals
  • Monthly reconciliations (payables/receivables, purchases, turnover, WIP, stock)
  • Prepare sales reports (YTD, monthly management, cost of sales)
  • Quarterly GST filing with IRAS & assist in annual audits
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices & process spare parts orders
  • Create quotations & process customer POs (including Japan clients)
  • Coordinate deliveries with CS France (missing/wrong parts, schedules)
  • Issue Certificates of Origin/Quality & proforma invoices

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Admin/ Accounting or 2+ years in similar role
  • Experience in invoicing, order processing, and reconciliations
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
