Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Cities Engagement Manager to drive our mission in Southeast Asia. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with clients, particularly financial institutions and urban planning authorities, to deliver best-in-class mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in influencing decision-makers, enabling city planning advancements, and driving business growth.

Market Expansion

· Identify and engage with key decision-makers to expand PTV's presence in new markets.

· Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Partnerships with Cities

· Conduct training and up-skilling with PTV solutions.

· Enable better city planning through sharing of best practices and consultative roles.

Business Growth

· Develop and cultivate client relations and opportunities, especially with global financial institutions and planning authorities.

· Develop a healthy stream of opportunities.

Who we are looking for

· A self-motivated team player who enjoys building relations through understanding client needs.

· Ability to influence decision making.

· Strong Business Development acumen.

· Understanding of transport / traffic principles.

· Experience in closing deals.

· Applicants with experience in using PTV Software, transport planning or traffic engineering and modelling would be a plus.

· Experience in working with or for financial global institutions such as The World Bank, ADB, GIZ, SMMR etc.

· Strong understanding of deal flows for large infrastructure projects.

Communication and Coordination:

· Proficient in English. Other languages in Southeast Asia will be a plus.

· Lead a team to win projects which can support our client's needs.

· A team-player who can work well with colleagues from Germany, Singapore and channel partners in the region.

Requirements:

· Years of experience: 10+ years

· Enjoy working in a highly energetic and close-knit team.

· Ability to influence decision makers.

· Experience with mobility consulting for developing cities.

· Ability to achieve sales targets.

· Willing to travel frequently.
