Your role

The Disclosure Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the residential mortgage disclosure process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and delivering disclosures to clients within specified timelines, collaborating with mortgage professionals and compliance teams, providing guidance on errors or discrepancies, and advising on policy revisions. The role requires ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all loan disclosures including the Loan Estimate (LE), Change of Circumstance (COC), and Closing Disclosure (CD). It involves managing complex disclosures, resolving discrepancies, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with title companies and auditors.

Your team

You will be part of the Mortgage Fulfillment team within the Banking Group of "Global Wealth Management Americas" (GWM). We support Private Mortgage Bankers in assisting UBS AG Wealth Management clients with residential property financing.

Your expertise
  • A university degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience as a mortgage disclosure or closing specialist
  • Strong self-discipline to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Proven ability to meet goals and achieve high client satisfaction with minimal oversight
  • Previous Encompass experience preferred
  • Expertise in state and federal mortgage/credit regulations such as Reg B, Reg Z, and Reg X (TILA/RESPA)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate fees and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed
