Mortgage Relationship Manager Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Mortgage Relationship Manager and take on the challenge of managing residential mortgage repricing requests to maintain a low attrition rate. Ensure retention and profitability of existing Housing Loans Portfolio by processing applications, handling negotiations, and evaluating customer financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential mortgage repricing requests to maintain low attrition rate for WRB Singapore.
  • Ensure retention and profitability of the existing Housing Loans Portfolio.
  • Process Housing Loans repricing applications and handle negotiation on pricing and packages.
  • Evaluate & restructure Housing Loans to meet customers' financial needs.
  • Prepare and input customer mortgage loan conversion for credit approval.
  • Work with The Product Team to optimize on repricing packages offering and portfolio profitability.
  • Execute Proactive Retention Exercises initiated by the mortgage product team.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Collaborate with the team members to achieve common objectives.
  • Adhere to the work schedule as per assigned.
Customer Experience:
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service in all interactions.
  • Build positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
  • Take appropriate actions to effectively control a phone call.
  • Apply proper phone etiquette to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide all information necessary to help customers make decisions.
Revenue & Productivity:
  • Educate customers about products and services offered.
  • Recognize and alert line manager on call trends.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Productivity to standards prescribed from time to time.
Service Quality:
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Serve customers promptly, minimize customer wait time, and provide information on required details.
