Job Title: Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations. This role involves credit administration for end-to-end processing of HDB and private residential home loans.

This includes processing and checking new home loan applications, documentation processing involving disbursement, redemption, and other service-related requests such as restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement, partial capital repayment, repricing of loans, bridging loans etc.

In addition, the role requires safeguarding of security documents via CLIMS and liaison with external and internal parties including solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, mortgage specialist centre and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and check new home loan applications
  • Perform documentation processing tasks including disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests
  • Safeguard security documents via CLIMS
  • Liaise with external and internal parties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure, and work independently as well as in a team

Please note: The job is a 12-month contract role. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in consumer loan operations and develop skills in credit administration.
