Our client, a well-known financial firm located in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated individual to become a part of their team.


As a Admin Executive (Claims), you will be responsible to assist business users in the development of business requirement documentation and assisting in the claim process of the customers. It's a good opportunity to begin a career in the industry.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist business users in the development of business requirement documentation.
  • Review documentation and ensure requirements are clearly and correctly.
  • Collaborate with technical team and business users to ensure that technological solutions are delivered in accordance with the expectations and on a timely basis.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Assist to conduct training to business users on enhancements/ projects
  • Attend to errors and issues arising from daily business operations, and liaise with the technical team to ensure timely resolutions and minimize business disruptions.
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Good understanding or prior experience in transactional process cycles in Claims is a plus.
  • Able to be multitasking with minimal supervision to meet the deadline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel
  • Analytical, meticulous, and accurate in producing superior quality of work.
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn/explore.
