With only 11 seats at an L-shaped hinoki woodcounter, it promises a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.


Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 permonth
WorkSchedule: 5-day week, fixed Sundays off

YourRole:
As part of our culinary team, youwill:

  • Perfect the preparation of rawfish, sushi rice, and other fine ingredients
  • Handle premium seafood and manage inventory like apro
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and top-tierfood quality
  • Restock and monitor ingredientsupplies

  • At least2 years of culinary experience, ideally in Japanese cuisine or ahotel setting
  • Familiarity with food safetystandards
