Responsibilities:

EducationalDevelopment
  • Provide administrativesupport in the review and renewal of educational developmentactivities related to the NTU MBBSdegree
  • Market Educational Development workshopsto relevant parties
  • Manage the registration andattendance of the workshops
  • Provide logisticalsupport pre-, during andpost-workshops
  • Contribute to programme reviewand renewal of educational developmentcourses
  • Coordinate efforts to reviewpedagogical approaches in the NTU MBBS degreeprogramme
  • Support implementation of additionalteaching delivery modes in the NTU MBBS degreeprogramme


Team-BasedLearning (TBL)
  • Coordinate TBLfacilitation schedule with relevantparties
  • Provide logistical support for the TBLsessions to ensure smooth delivery of theclasses
  • Organise TBL facilitators' monthlymeetings and take minutes for meeting; follow up with colleaguesresponsible for action items
  • Support TBL teamin the organization of annual teambuildingdays
  • Liaise with external vendors to procuregoods and/orservices


AdministrativeSupport - Clinical Affairs, MedicalEducation
  • Provide secretarial andadministrative support to Vice-Dean (Clinical Affairs) (VDCA) andother ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by theVDCA
  • Draft letters and emails forVDCA
  • Calendar management: organise and schedulemeetings
  • Work with internal and externalstakeholders to arrange key NTU MBBS degree programme meetingschaired by VDCA
  • Plan and co-ordinate travelarrangements including booking of air ticket and accommodation forofficial trips
  • Claims reimbursement via SAPConcur
  • Manage role-based email account bysending out emails on behalf of VDCA and forwarding incoming emailsto the relevant colleagues
  • Provideadministrative cover to the Vice-Dean (Education) where required bystaffabsence


Requirements:
  • ADiploma or Degree in any discipline
  • At leastthree years' experience inadministration
  • Excellent analytical,interpersonal and communications (written and verbal)skills
  • Able to work independently under timepressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamicenvironment
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamiceducational environment and work on different portfolios andprojects simultaneously
  • Preference will begiven to candidates who have prior experience in the educationand/or healthcare sector
  • Experience inscheduling/timetabling/events organising will be anadvantage


This is acontract appointment till 31 March 2026.
