Commis/Demi Chef/ Chef de Partie

Work with an incredible and professional team led by international chef who has worked with Gordon Ramsay for more than a decade; Michelin-starred establishments including The Square in London and Marco Pierre White’s L’Escargot, and was a personal chef to The Beckham’s.


Your Role:

  • Assist with kitchen’s daily operations
  • Prepare dishes in accordance with restaurant’s menus and recipes
  • Adhere to standards of food preparation, portioning and presentation
  • Ensure food handling and hygiene are in accordance with NEA standards

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Fresh graduate from culinary courses with no experience are welcome
  • Basic conversational English
  • High standard of personal hygiene and personal grooming is compulsory
  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
