Operations Assistant

Base Salary: $2,300/month

About Us:

Oaken Pte Ltd is a professional massage center dedicated to providing exceptional wellness services to our clients. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. We are currently looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely bookings.

Answer and handle phone calls professionally, assisting clients with inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of client appointments, payments, and staff schedules.

Coordinate with massage therapists to ensure smooth operations.

Process cashier payments and handle financial transactions securely.

Assist in administrative tasks and ensure the center operates efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Basic proficiency in using scheduling software and computer applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry) is a plus.
