Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Events/Outreach Executive in the Public Sector (Media industry) to assist our team in general admin and event management.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,450/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop quarterly news update for Enterprise partners
  • Assisting in design and producing of communication materials (Socials, EDMs) to raise awareness of our portfolio of open-source companies
  • Outreach to new developers’ communities and augment them to the existing community
  • Support outreach engagement efforts (Meet-ups & Conferences)
  • Increase exposures for our portfolio of companies to interested developers
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned


Looking for:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Min. Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Experience in event management will be preferred
  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good awareness of current affairs and interest in emerging tech landscape
