Your Mission

As a Learning Technology Designer at Stalford Academy, you’ll be the catalyst for transforming our educational landscape. Your role will be instrumental in weaving technology into the fabric of our curriculum, crafting digital experiences that captivate and engage. Collaborating with a dynamic team of educators, administrators, and IT professionals, you’ll design, implement, and fine-tune innovative learning technologies that make a real impact on students’ lives.

What You'll Do
  • Innovate & Collaborate. Partner with educators to pinpoint learning needs and spearhead tech integration opportunities.
  • ️ Design & Prototype. Craft and test learning technology solutions that align seamlessly with our curriculum aspirations.
  • Research & Strategise. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging educational technologies and devising implementation blueprints.
  • Enhance User Experience. Architect intuitive and engaging interfaces for our digital learning platforms.
  • Evaluate & Evolve. Assess the impact of learning technologies, iterating based on feedback to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Empower Educators. Conduct training sessions, ensuring our teaching staff are adept at leveraging new technologies.
  • Stakeholder Synergy. Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment with Stalford Academy's visionary goals.
  • Vendor Oversight. Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring adherence to our high standards of technology and service excellence.
Who You Are
  • Educational Background. Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experienced Innovator. Demonstrated experience in learning technology design within educational settings.
  • ️ Tech-Savvy. Proficient with LMS, digital learning tools, and UI design principles.
  • Creative Problem-Solver. Possess a knack for addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative Communicator. Exceptional at juggling multiple projects and liaising seamlessly with various stakeholders.
  • ❤️ Passionate Educator. A deep-seated passion for melding technology with education, always staying abreast of the latest trends.
