Main Responsibilities
- Work with trainers and stakeholders to identify, experiment with, and pilot new solutions for online learning and educational technologies.
- Train trainers in the use of new educational technology tools for effective teaching and learning.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions and institutes of higher learning on learning platforms, mobile learning apps, and gamification.
- Explore and review the feasibility of using AR/VR and AI-powered learning technology.
Requirements
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or Mass Communication.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in leveraging technology for teaching and learning.
- Good knowledge of content authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and administration skills.
