About Us:

At Grow Education, we believe in empowering migrant workers and bridging the generational gap through the power of language and technology. We run two unique programs - Grow Studio and Deer Dialect - with a mission to make learning English accessible for migrant workers and to promote dialect learning amongst the youth through our interactive mobile app, respectively. We are committed to creating a social impact through our initiatives, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our vision and passion.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Education Development Specialist, you will play an integral role in developing and promoting our programs. Your role will encompass:

1. Business and Program Development: Shape and refine the strategic direction of Grow Education's initiatives. Identify opportunities for program enhancement and expansion.

2. Partnership Building & Social Outreach: Forge strong relationships with potential partners including migrant worker organizations, dormitories, elderly centers, and other relevant groups. Generate awareness and foster a sense of community through these partnerships.

3. Marketing and Promotion: Design and implement strategies to promote our programs, reaching out to potential beneficiaries and supporters.

4. Manage and monitor the financial aspects of our programs. Conduct basic monthly financial checks to ensure proper management of resources.

5. Grant Applications & Government Liason: Facilitate and manage relationships with government organizations. Research, apply, and follow-up on grants and other funding opportunities.


Who You Are:

- A polytechnic or University graduate passionate about education and social impact.

- An excellent communicator with the ability to forge strong relationships.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

- Proficient in basic accounting principles.

- Experienced in liaising with government organizations and handling grant applications (preferred).
