Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimise intra-bank referrals

2. Streamline and automate existing manual processes to drive cross-border, cross-segment client onboarding

3. Support existing referral frameworks

4. Track and optimise revenue attribution, identifying high-potential client opportunities and present insights and support referral strategy improvements

5. Collaborate with stakeholders from Business (SMEs, Corporate Banking, Consumer and Private Banking), IBG COO, Business Development teams to scale referral-driven revenue across all markets

6. Work with Data and Finance teams to deliver timely management reporting and data-driven insights

7. Explore digital and data-driven solutions to uplift business revenue, supporting wider Business Partnership & Initiatives Management team in the Mid-Cap & SME Regional Office

Qualifications and Skills

1. Relevant years of experience in banking, business management, analytics, finance, engineering, business development and/or change management

2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong growth mindset

3. Digitally savvy, data-driven, and a desire to lead change and drive business revenue

4. Advanced user of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint. Adept user of Generative AI tools
