Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide support to ensure the CEO can work in a smooth environment.
  • Through close collaboration with Suntory Holdings Digital Transformation Dept in Japan, align internal and external communications, prepare communication plan and related announcements for SBEAP (new joiners, leavers, and other organizational changes).
  • Maintain strong internal communications across key businesses and departments. Maintain strong interaction and internal coordination with subject matter experts at both local and global levels.
  • Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
  • Producing various material for senior management such as drafting key messages, responses, presentations, reports.

Requirements and Qualification

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration

- Master's degree in public policy, sustainability policy, or equivalent preferred

Relevant Experience

- Relevant experience in communications, including experience in a company, trade association and/or consulting/research group.

- Experience across in diverse working environment and cross culture.

Functional / Technical Skills

- Excellent knowledge and experience in Public Relations, Government Affairs, Public Affairs and Internal Communication preferably in a global matrix environment

- Ability to communicate (written and oral) on critical issues with senior management, policymakers and leading NGOs, including writing ability to develop policies and frame issues
