Roles & Responsibilities


Role and Responsibilities:

•Process incoming calls and claims documents promptly

•Contact ceding companies on incomplete information provided in claims documents

•Conduct audit trail check on fellow colleagues’ entries

•Assist to extract and input data in Loss Reserving

•Authorize debit notes payments for amount as authorized by Section Head

•To run reports as and when required by Section Head


Requirements:

-A level / Diploma / Degree in any discipline

-Strong numeric skills

-MS Excel and Word knowledge

-Ideally with general insurance knowledge
