We will count on you to:

  • Act as the primary contact for communication with accounts, provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Interface with clients, brokers, (re)insurers, claims experts, and other parties.
  • Identify potential policies for claims, perform research for validation.
  • Notify (re)insurers promptly of new claims and provide updates on claim progress.
  • Handle complex claims issues, provide advice to clients on claims matters.

What you need to have:

  • 3 to 6 years' reinsurance claims experience in insurance brokerage and/or underwriting.
  • Understanding of (re)insurance policies, contracts, and their commercial aspects.
  • Experience in managing large, complex (re)insurance claims.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
