(JC) Customer Service Executive

- Basic Up $3000 + AWS + VB
- Freight Forwarding Services
- CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)
- 5 Days, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Your Responsibilities: -
- Cargo booking, planning and closing to achieve maximization of cargo space & loading
- Planning and attending to customer complaints, claims and tracing
- Prepare Cargo Sales Report (CSR), airline daily reports, data entry, quotations and telesales
- Liaise with several parties to ensure cargo submitted according to IATA regulations
You will need: -
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
