We are looking for a customer service executive. The company is a global innovative technology company from China.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undergoing and excelling across multiple levels of Customer Service and Product
Training sessions within a stipulated time frame

  • Having the discipline to adhere to an assigned followup process in order to convert open leads
  • Proactively engaging all walkin enquiries and promoting our products and services
  • Having the ability to understand the customer's needs and recommend the most
product, teach accordingly

  • Having the ability to problemsolve when it comes to challenging situations and/or customers
  • Having the ability to always represent the brand through warm and friendly customer service
  • Conducting and assisting in sales activities and events to help the team with lead
- generations and lead-conversions

  • Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
Job Accountabilities

  • Achieve an assigned lead generation and enrolment target and all other assigned
campaign targets by the management team.

  • Assist Centre Team and Manager to ensure healthy centre growth at all times
through providing excellent customer service.

  • Assist Centre Team and Manager to execute and manage growth plans in order to achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management for your centre.
  • Handling Front Desk and back end Customer Service Support.
  • Ensure customer's information requests, complaints and suggestions are handling promptly and professionally.
  • Build customer relationship through effective communication and reliable service.
  • Take ownership and ensure the successful resolution of customer inquiry, request, feedback appeal, complaints and customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure timely reporting and resolution of customer issue within the agreed service standards.

  • Preferably 2 years of experience specializing in the customer service field
  • Must be available to work retail hours 11am to 7pm and Sat halfday

Salary:
$2, $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
