About the Company
Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business.
We are now moving beyond our comfort zone of B2B into B2C market and provide services to residential homes. We hope to continually lead the future of our industry through setting exemplary standards in the delivery of the best quality and value for money services to our clients.
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive to effectively manage our HR functions. We are seeking a professional who can take ownership of the role and is self-motivated.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure effective HR adminstration of both our local and foreign employees.
- Responsible for full HR administration of our foreign workers including work pass, dormitory, onboarding, training, repatriation and etc.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and legislations.
- Responsible for submission of statutory returns and claims eg. NS make-up claim, paid childcare and etc.
- Liaise with government or external agencies on HR issues.
- Handle employees’ queries, grievances and discipinary issues.
- Manage business related licences and insurance.
- Prepare HR reports to management.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource & Administration or equivalent.
- Prior HR experience and experience in management of foreign workers is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of employment legislations is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
