Customer Dispute Manager

We are seeking a Customer Dispute Manager to join our team. This role is essential in addressing customer complaints and disputes, ensuring that all issues are handled efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving and have a knack for navigating challenging conversations, this might be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer disputes daily, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling disputes.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our internal system.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or dispute resolution is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from fee
