Customer Resolution Specialist

- Manage and record customer feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate investigations and ensure timely reports.
- Analyze reports and recommend service improvements.
- Handle disputes and coordinate service recovery actions.
- Prepare reports and suggest process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Prior working experience in finance industry will be an advantage.
