Ready Digital Pte Ltd is a Singapore based start-up which is on a mission to enable elderly to live independently in a safe, healthy, and happy manner for as long as they can. We are dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to revolutionize senior healthcare. Our state-of-the-art solutions ensure the safety of our elderly population, allowing them to enjoy the independence of living alone without compromising on their health and safety.
We have launched a home monitoring service in Singapore and are looking for passionate and motivated candidates who want to make an impact in the care of our elderly population.
As an integral part of a high performing team, you will be working closely with the Customer Success Manager and the Service Operations team.
You will be managing the relationship between the Company and our elderly customers and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and conduct home visits/ phone calls to elderly customers
- Conduct health assessments and interviews for data collection and behavioural insights
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback via phone calls, Whatsapp messages and roadshows
- Assist Manager to investigate fall alerts using the Company's software application
- Maintain updated records of communication with elderly customers
- Assist in pre-sales and post-installation meetings with elderly customers
- Ensure elderly customers and their caregivers are trained to use the system
- Assist to prepare and conduct group presentations to Seniors and/or their caregivers.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties when required.
We are looking for passionate and committed candidates who are:
- Patient and enjoy helping seniors and their families, Willing to go the extra mile
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills, especially with elderly
- Tech savvy and able to learn and use Microsoft Office and other IT systems
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and another local Singapore language or dialect
- Experience in Elder Care, Social Services, or Customer Service would be an advantage.
- Diploma from a recognised institution with at least 3 years working experience
- Those who are shortlisted will be expected to undergo a situational test during the interview.
