Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job requirement analysis, selection of recruitment channels, job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling on-site interviews, conducting background checks, and managing offer negotiations to ensure the hiring of top talent efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse range of recruitment channels, continuously optimize processes to enhance recruitment effectiveness and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand their hiring needs, and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation assessments, job transfers, promotions, resignations, and other HR-related procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in the development of performance metrics, gathering evaluation results, and providing insights to support employee growth and development.
  • Contribute to the creation, refinement, and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure HR policies are in full compliance with Singapore's labor laws and are regularly updated to reflect any changes in legislation.
  • Handle daily office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by senior management.
