The Support Operations and Strategic Management Analytics Department in National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is looking for a Senior Executive to join the team. He/she will be responsible for assisting the Head of Department in facilitating the institution’s strategic planning and performance management with data driven solutions and the implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives.

The incumbent will support the Head of Department to:

  • Facilitate NNI’s strategic planning discussion with Senior Management and key leaders at regular engagement meetings and the annual Strategic Management Retreat.
  • Manage NNI’s Balanced Scorecard key performance indicators, including the facilitating, crafting, communicating and analysing of the performance indicators. This includes, inter alia, trending and forecasting based on historical information to establish meaningful analysis, in-depth understanding of the indicators and highlight key trends.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives that align with NNI’s strategic continuum map, contributing to the growth strategy and operational excellence. Type of support will vary with involvement and may include secretariat, operational and/or data analytics support.
  • Prepare the annual Workplan and Budget presentation slides for CEO to present to GCEO.
  • Carry out any other projects and duties as assigned by the Head of Department and Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A few years of experience in a healthcare environment in preferred
  • Required Skills / Experience:

- Basic MS Office skills

- Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

- Analytical, communication and writing skills

  • Experience in event management is an advantage
