L1 Application Support

We are seeking a motivated L1 Application Support professional to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance in a fast-paced environment.
As an L1 Support, you will be the first point of contact for business users, troubleshooting issues, providing system updates, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a 24/7 support structure.
- Working Hours: 12 hours shift
- Working Location: Central
- Salary Package: Up to $4k (basic) + AWS + attractive bonus

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support to users by answering queries, diagnosing problems, and implementing quick solutions.
- Communicate effectively with users, colleagues, and management to resolve issues promptly and ensure user satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and solutions, escalating issues to tier 2 support when necessary.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge by reviewing documentation, attending relevant training, and participating in internal discussions.
- Develop user training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to improve system interactions and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with tier 2 staff and project managers to recommend system upgrades and improvements.
- Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, able to identify problems quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in supporting fintech-related software applications is a plus.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., HTML, Java) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and a customer-centric mindset.
