Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, you aspire to drive business expansion, explore and target business growth opportunities.

  • You are responsible to identifying customers’ needs and satisfy their requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
  • Coordinate with inter-departments/vendors/manufacturers to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain and update sales reports/forecasts.
  • Start off by participating in the generation of proposals/quotations to understand the sales process.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments given by superior.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering/ Electronics/ Telecommunication or related fields
  • Dynamic, positive and outgoing personality
  • Candidates with cybersecurity/ telecommunication / electronics background are welcome
  • Attractive remuneration base on experience
