Overall Job Objectives:

Provide technical support to clients and colleagues, troubleshoot and maintain IT systems and use Asana, Slack and supporting tools.

The Information Technology Support Staff will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and colleagues in the organisation. This includes troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. The individual will also be responsible for providing training and assistance to end-users, as well as documenting support activities and maintaining the IT support ticket system.Core Responsibilities | As a IT Support Engineer, you will:

Provide technical support to clients and colleagues through answering incoming calls pertaining to hardware or software issuesHave knowledge on the organisation's software products and understanding of clients' business workflow to troubleshoot issues that were raisedInstruct users in the appropriate use of equipment, software, etc.Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot back office applications such as ERP, Backup, Accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.Communicate with company employees on their varying technical or non-technical levels of understanding of computer equipment in the pursuit of solving problems and providing supportAssist Project Manager in ensuring job orders assigned are executed and resolvedComply with company policies and proceduresPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.Job Specifications | Requirements:

1 years or above full time experience.Proven experience as an IT support staff or similar roleStrong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsKnowledge of troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staffAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with ITIL framework and incident management is a plusFamiliarity with Asana, Slack, and Git is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.To apply, please email your resume and portfolio tocareers@pcomssb.com with the subject “[PCOMSSB] Application – IT Support Engineer”.
