Roles & Responsibilities

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Executive, Finance and Operations to support the finance and manpower functions in one of their department. Successful candidate will be playing an active role in supporting the department in major
financial exercises and manpower planning and strategies for the department. He/she will also be involved in planning and implementing operational projects


Job Description:

  • Working closely with department leadership to prepare annual budget forecast, planning and projections.
  • Analyze, check budget submissions from and prepare presentation slides for department budgetary needs.
  • Collaborate with finance to plan, organize and annual sighting of fixed assets.
  • Work with various workgroups on projects which can help department in cost reduction, increased efficiency and or improving sustainability standards.
  • Support department in finance and procurement matters.
  • Collate and analyze manpower data for a more informed decision making.
  • Support department in the execution of formulated plans in recruitment, staff retention and role redesign of nursing manpower.
  • Working closely with HR Department to ensure the inflow and outflow of staff meet the demands of the organisation
  • Provides secretariat support to the Department when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree Business Administration or Finance
  • Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.

For candidates with more working experience, they may be considered for more senior position
