Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Accounting, Trading and Operation Teams in both Singapore Office and Head Office in Beijing (China Zhenhua Oil Co., Ltd.)
with job scope including but not limited to the following:

1. Trade Finance Operations**:

  • Handle all day to day trade finance operations including import/export documentation, LCs, standby LCs, T/R and trade financing etc., ensure all trade finance operations comply with internal & external policies;
  • Review and verify trade finance documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and COQs, to ensure compliance with credit terms and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate on the LC terms with banks, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth trade transactions.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trade finance transactions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor utilization of credit facilities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with trade finance operations, including credit risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for all trade finance transactions and activities.

2. Transaction Processing**:

  • Execute and monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable for both trading and operational related transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Execute fund transfers, wire transfers, and other treasury transactions (such as Forex).

3. Cash & Account Management**:

  • Monitor and manage cash flows to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Responsible for the Company's bank accounts maintenance, including account openings/closures, internet banking management, changing of authorized signatories.
  • Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is essential for effective communication with HQ and counterparties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
